Windows installer guide

Please follow these instructions

1. Download the ViewTVabroad installer for Windows to your computer.

2. This file will now be located in your "downloads" folder or where ever you have set your browser to place downloaded files.
   If you are struggling to find it go to your search bar (next to the windows button, bottom left of your screen) and type in VTAVPN.zip. This should then show its location, now double click on the "VTAVPN.zip" file.

   

3. Open the VTAVPN Setup 2.0.0.exe file by double clicking on it.

   

4. When you click on this you could see Microsoft Defender present a message here stating "Unrecognosed app" with "More info" or "Dont run" as options, click "More info" and "Run Anyway".
   Next you will see a message asking you: "Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?" - Click "Yes".

   
   
   

5. Click on Install.

   

6. Next click on "Finish".

   

7. Find this icon on your desktop and double click on it. If you can't see it then go to your start menu and search for "VTAVPN". You will again be asked "Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?" - Click "Yes".

   

8. The VPN application will now open.
   Select a VPN server for the location you want to watch TV from. Eg a UK server if you want to watch UK TV and a US server if you want to watch US TV from abroad.
   Click "Connect"
   Enter your ViewTVabroad account details (your username and password). Then click on "Login".
   These details will be saved for the next time you connect.

   

9. Wait until the connection is successfully established and then sit back and enjoy watching UK & US TV. (make sure you are connected to one of the UK servers to watch UK TV and one of the US servers to watch US TV) See what's on the channels page.
